STRYKER, Industrial Designer

I learned so much in my two years working with the Stryker medical division! I made the tough decision to leave when my husband got a job in KY.

Due to confidentiality, I can not put most of my process work online, however I am happy to share my work on an individual-basis.

My work included:

●Conducting extensive internal, market and consumer research, facilitating voice of customer sessions to bring innovative product solutions to the emergency care market.

●Documented and organized insights into research-based design criteria, set concept development plans, ran internal design development workshops with cross-functional team members.

●Sketched, modeled, and prototyped design ideas, working alongside multiple teams and disciplines to set deadlines and priorities; drove progress through self-set goals and initiatives.
